Why join Team 818?

Team 818 is a team in the FIRST Robotics Competition (FRC) that brings students from the Warren Consolidated Schools school district together for friends and fun. Together, the students build a robot based on the game rules designed by FRC. The robot must be designed, built, and tested within 6 weeks time, and the team enters the robot to compete with and against other FIRST Robotics teams to complete an objective and win the game. FIRST is a fun and safe way for students interested in electronics to build and design their very own robot! In addition to building the robot, the team can also create a promotional animation using 3DS Max software, raise money for the team, and work on this website. The website is completely student-designed. The web page and animation are also entered into separate competitions. There are many of fun things to do on Team 818, and is a great way to meet and hang out with students from other schools.
